Xoopah Review Management cuts the hassle of running your business and monitoring your Google My Business reputation. With its in-built Review Management and Request a Review feature, you can Request, Reply to and Track your business reviews.

Integrate Google My Business
Google My Business account integration is a pre-requisite, and only after successful integration will you be able to access the Reviews Tab.
It will automatically synchronize the reviews from your Google My Business account.
Posting a Reply
You can use the 3 dots button (appearing on the right side of every Review) to Reply, Delete and Report any Review which you have received.
After typing your Reply, you just need to click on the Reply button on the screen and the comment will be posted as a Reply on your Google My Business Profile and will also be visible in your Xoopah Dashboard.
Request a Review
You can also ask your contacts and/or customers to leave a review on your Google Business Profile by sending them a review request. It can be in the form of an email or a text.
To send a review request, please click on the Review Request Button.
A side window will appear with a prewritten request template. You have to select a Contact to whom you intend to send this request. Also, you can switch between an Email request or a Text request.
You can start by typing in the Name of your Contact/Customer with which it has been stored in Contact Hub. Note that the contacts stored in the Contact Hub will appear in the Search Contacts bar.
After choosing your contact, you can either Edit the prewritten template or preview it to see how it will appear at your customer's or contact's end.
Also, you can directly hit Send Request button to send out this review request.
To view all your Requests and their status, you can always go to the Requested tab.
Search Filters
To Search for any specific review, simply go to the Search bar.
Xoopah simplifies the Search by providing multiple filters and you can also create a customized view based on the selected filters.
